Production Shift Manager Food Manufacturing £50,000 £55,000 4 on 4 off DaysThis is an opportunity to do more than simply manage a shift.The operation is developing, the team has plenty of potential, and there is real scope for someone to come in, raise standards and shape how the shift performs.You ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading the production team across safety, quality, service, cost and performance. The foundations are there, but there is plenty still to improve from developing frontline leadership and increasing engagement to reducing waste, improving efficiency and embedding more consistent ways of working.A major part of the role will be developing the people around you.
