They''ve been providing water hygiene and compliance services across the UK for over 30 years, are LCA members, and hold ISO 9001 and Constructionline Gold accreditation. As part of a growing group, they''re investing in their sales team and want someone who can build long-term client relationships.

What the Business Development Manager role involves

• Finding and winning new business across water hygiene, Legionella and water treatment
• Building relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, contractors and other decision-makers
• Managing your own pipeline, from first contact through to contract award
• Preparing proposals, quotes and presentations
• Growing existing accounts with additional services
• Working closely with the operations team to hand over new work smoothly
• Attending client meetings and networking events around Bristol and beyond

What you''ll need

• Sales, business development or account management experience in the water industry (essential)
• A strong understanding of Legionella compliance, water hygiene or water treatment services
• A proven track record of winning new business
• Confident discussing pricing and contracts with clients at all levels
• Organised, self-motivated and happy working on your own initiative
• Full UK driving licence
