• Planning and delivering engaging English Language and Literature lessons that motivate and challenge.

• Tracking progress, assessing outcomes, and providing personalised feedback.

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds QTS and a degree in English, Education, or a related field (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Has a genuine passion for both Literature and Language, and can inspire that same enthusiasm in students.
• Communicates confidently and builds positive, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Is adaptable, culturally aware, and committed to supporting learners of all backgrounds.
• Can create a respectful, motivating classroom environment with strong behaviour management skills.
• Understands the demands of the GCSE and/or A-Level English curriculum.
