Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.This is a full-time permanent position based in their Nottingham office with the option for flexible working.Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:Leading all commercial aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction to final accountManaging subcontractor procurement, payments and contractual obligationsProviding accurate cost reporting, forecasting and budgetingAttending client meetings and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project alignmentPreparing and managing interim valuations, applications for payment and final accountsMonitoring variations/change control and ensuring appropriate commercial recovery.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have:Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related disciplineStrong background in civil engineering, ideally in the energy or utilities industriesWorking knowledge of NEC contracts
