This senior leadership role requires an individual with a strong background in Private Client law, who has previously worked as a solicitor, and who possesses the vision and expertise to lead and develop a busy private client team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of private client services, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal advice to clients. You will be expected to lead by example, manage workflow efficiently, and foster a collaborative team environment.
