We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation for a prestigious contract catering site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality food with consistency.

What youandrsquo;ll do:

  Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.

  Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to the highest standards.

  Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets.

• 
  

  Ensure full compliance with food safety and health andamp; safety regulations.

• 
  

  Collaborate with clients and colleagues, using strong communication skills to build excellent relationships.

  Proven experience as a Head Chef (contract catering or similar setting desirable).
