Duties and Responsibilities Grow and manage key client accounts, driving revenue through strategic account development. Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Identify and convert one-off projects into recurring revenue opportunities through tailored sales strategies. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasts using Salesforce. What Experience is Required A minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the learning or SaaS sectors.
