The business delivers high-quality mechanical projects across London, with a particularly strong presence within commercial office fit-out and refurbishment. Its wider portfolio includes healthcare, retail, education, high-end residential and specialist environments, delivered through both traditional and Design and Build arrangements. Mechanical opportunities range from approximately £500,000 through to £12.5 million, giving the successful candidate exposure to considerably more substantial and technically varied tenders as their experience develops. This is not a position where you will simply price small packages in isolation. Working closely with an experienced Head of Estimating and established Pre-Construction team, you will develop your technical and commercial capability while gradually taking greater ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover.
