This role offers long-term career prospects, ongoing development, and the chance to work with state-of-the-art machinery and manufacturing processes.The RoleAs a CNC Miller - Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring components are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.You''ll work closely with production leaders, engineers, and fellow machinists to achieve production targets while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines.Work with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc control systems.Manufacture complex precision components from a variety of materials.Ensure parts are produced to engineering drawings and customer specifications.Set work offsets using probes, wobble bars, and DTI clocks.Select, install, and set cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding equipment.Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as required to maintain quality and efficiency.Meet planned set-up ..... full job details .....
