Responsibilities

Supporting the design, configuration, and development of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily across ITSM.

Writing and maintaining scripts, business rules, UI policies, and platform automation.

Assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing activities.

Helping to maintain instance health, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.

Working closely with senior developers and architects to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ ServiceNow development experience.

ServiceNow

CSA (Certified System Administrator)

certification (essential).

Good understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Basic JavaScript and Glide API skills.

Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub (nice to have).

Knowledge of Agile ways of working and ITIL principles (advantageous).
