Paid Search Specialist
who thrives on managing and optimising PPC campaigns. Working alongside our senior strategists and campaign management team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering highly effective and creative
Paid Search campaigns .You’ll be involved in every aspect of paid search advertising, from planning and strategy to execution, analysis, and optimisation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, performance, and client success, with a strong desire to grow in a collaborative environment.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and document impactful Paid Search campaignsSet up PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Bing Ads) with precision and logical structureMonitor campaign performance across the user funnel, identifying opportunities to optimise and improve resultsUtilise a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies and document key insightsCreate compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to client goalsReporting and InsightsTrack, collect, and analyse data from various platforms (including GA4 and Looker Studio)Provide clear and actionable insights through regular performance reportsRecognise trends in
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to inform optimisation decisionsPresent campaign updates and findings to managers and clients, ensuring clarity and engagementClient ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients by delivering
exceptional servicePrepare regular, insightful updates on campaign performanceCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure campaign strategies align with their goalsPresent confidently in client meetings and internal discussionsWhat You’ll Bring1-2+ years of hands on PPC experience , including Google Ads and Bing AdsExpertise in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, applied to E-Commerce environmentsExperience in management of YouTube, Demand-Gen and other emerging campaign types is a plusA
data driven mindset
with a can-do attitudeStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups and results visualisationExperience creating reports in Looker Studio or similar platformsExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team membersPreferred, but not essential:
