We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 tonne driver to provide holiday cover starting next week, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position as part of our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 7.5 tonne curtain-sided vehicle
• Safely securing loads and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
• Carrying out thorough daily vehicle checks
• Delivering goods efficiently while maintaining high safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience with curtain-sided vehicles
• Strong knowledge of load securing procedures
• Physically fit and prepared for a hands-on role
• A proactive, hardworking attitude (“hungry for work”)
• Flexibility with working hours – early starts and late finishes are to be expected
• Must be local to the area

Working Hours & Pay:

• Average 50 hours per week (hours may vary depending on business needs)
• Work is ad hoc, so flexibility is essential
• £14.70 per hour
