Head of Marketing Location: Bath/hybrid Salary: Up to £50,000 £70,000 + bonus We''re working with a fast-growing UK digital business operating in an exciting and evolving consumer market. The business has built a strong customer proposition and is now looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Head of Marketing to take ownership of its next phase of growth. This is a highly digital, performance-led marketing role, with responsibility for driving growth across paid acquisition, CRM and emerging digital channels. You''ll own strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels, while continually testing and scaling new opportunities. The business also has a growing app proposition, with opportunities to develop push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and lifecycle marketing to improve retention and repeat purchase. You''ll be expected to use data, testing and customer insight to optimise the full digital journey, from acquisition through to conversion, retention and reactivation. A leadership role where you''ll set the marketing strategy, own the budget and commercial performance, and work closely with a small, capable team to deliver measurable growth.
