Key responsibilities of the Mental Health Assistant:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assisting students with anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural needs
* Promoting a safe and supportive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
* Encouraging positive coping strategies and social development
* ASAP start

This Mental Health Assistant position is well suited to candidates with backgrounds in psychology, counselling, youth work, or SEN support.
