The Role
Weandrsquo;re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring high standards across guest experience, housekeeping, people, compliance and facilities.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
andbull; Leading day-to-day property operations
andbull; Managing and developing operational teams
andbull; Housekeeping, cleanliness andamp; guest experience
andbull; Health andamp; Safety and compliance
andbull; Maintenance andamp; facilities
andbull; Rotas, staffing andamp; performance
andbull; Cost control and operational budgets
andbull; Guest complaints and service recovery
andbull; SOPs, processes and operational standards
andbull; Working closely with the General Manager

The ideal Operations Manager will have:

andbull; Strong team management experience
andbull; Front Office andamp; Housekeeping knowledge
andbull; Handamp;S and compliance experience
andbull; Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills
andbull; A hands-on, commercially aware approach
andbull; Experience managing rotas, costs and operational resources
