Business Development Manager Façades Buckinghamshire / Hybrid / Field-BasedPermanent, full-time£50,000 - £60,000 basic salaryPerformance-related bonus plus company car or car allowanceWinsearch is proud to partner with a growing specialist façade contractor looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support its continued expansion across the UK.This is a nationwide role focused on identifying, developing and securing opportunities across façades, cladding and external-envelope projects.Direct façade-sector experience is essential. The successful candidate must understand how façade projects are specified, tendered and delivered, and already have relevant relationships across the construction market.The Role You ll be responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, developers, architects, façade consultants and other project decision-makers.Your focus will be on identifying suitable façade opportunities at an early stage and maintaining involvement through design development, pre-construction, tender and contract award.Working closely with estimating, commercial, design and operational teams, you ll ensure opportunities are properly qualified and aligned with the contractor s technical capabilities and commercial objectives.This is not a general construction-sales role.
