Our client specialises in vehicle and plant repairs, maintenance, and fleet management. They are recruiting for a Senior Technical Processor, this role may suit someone that has experience as Service Advisor or similar, in the automotive industry. Their clients include many recognised names such as the AA and Openreach. You will be providing co-ordinating, admin and advisory support to field based engineers (construction plant and automotive) Responsibilities: Act as the senior technical advisor to the Processing Team. Provide expert advice to colleagues within the Processing Team, including, but not limited to assets, parts, job types and customer support. Support the Technical Processing Supervisor as and when needed to drive productivity within the team. Asset details are regularly checked and updated regarding asset detail, record history, bookings and works in progress, service configuration and aligning service sites/dates. Ensuring work reports are processed efficiently. Ensuring any updates or amendments to service lists are communicated to the relevant technicians. Ensuring all technician''s hours and purchases are recorded and up to date on the relevant jobs. Liaise with PE technicians to ensure all job sheets and certificates are complete and correct, including but not limited to technical information and job-specific data such as hours spent on site, travel time and parts.
