The RoleYou''ll work closely with students, schools, and support teams to promote positive mental health and wellbeing:Provide 1:1 and small-group emotional wellbeing supportSupport pupils experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, or social difficultiesHelp students build coping strategies, confidence, and resilienceCollaborate with pastoral, SEN, and safeguarding teamsMonitor and record pupil wellbeing and progressContribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school culture Who We''re Looking ForExperience in mental health, youth work, counselling, SEN, or support rolesCalm, patient, and empathetic approachConfidence in handling sensitive and challenging situationsAbility to build trusted, positive relationships with young peopleStrong communication skills and safeguarding awarenessDBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What We OfferOpportunities across Dorset, including Dorches
