Customer Service Administrator- Information Rights Case OfficerPay: 15.06phLocation: Hove, BN3 (Hybrid)Contract: Temporary (3 Months)Hours: PART TIME ONLY- 22 hours per week About the RoleWe are looking for a Information Rights Case Officer to support the effective management of information rights requests.You will ensure that requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and related legislation are handled accurately, efficiently and within statutory deadlines.Working closely with services across the Brighton and Hove areas, you will provide expert advice, guidance and support on information rights matters while contributing to continuous service improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to information rights requests, including:Subject Access Requests (SARs)Freedom of Information (FOI) requestsEnvironmental Information Regulation (EIR) requestsData protection enquiriesProvide specialist advice and guidance to members of the public, both by telephone and in writing.Support customers in formulating and submitting requests, including vulnerable individuals and those with varying communication needs.Log, track and maintain requests, ensuring compliance with response times and legislative requirements.Liaise with services across the business to obtain information and ensure responses are accurate, complete and compliant.Advise managers and stakeholders on information ..... full job details .....
