Business Development Manager This established and expanding engineering consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Structural Engineering division. Due to continued growth, this is a new strategic role to increase market share, secure high-value structural engineering commissions and build long-term relationships with clients across the construction industry. If you have experience selling structural engineering, civil engineering or technical consultancy services and enjoy developing relationships, this could be the ideal opportunity. The Role You''ll take ownership of business development across the Structural Engineering business, identifying new opportunities and creating sustainable growth within both existing and emerging markets. Working closely with the Directors and engineering teams, you''ll develop relationships with developers, architects, project managers, contractors and consultants to secure structural engineering commissions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure and public sector developments. You''ll lead the commercial aspects of major opportunities, from identifying projects and qualifying leads through to tender submissions, commercial negotiations and successful appointment.
