Projects include developing the overall strategic vision, operating model, architecture, and processes for the Investment and Portfolio Governance across Global Technology.Defining and deconstructing problems for the Global Technology organizationDrive strategic change initiatives in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate FunctionsDrive governance and oversight of the strategic vision, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver status updatesIdentify potential roadblocks/emerging risks and escalate issues as neededEffectively present ideas and concepts to influence senior management / stakeholder decisionsExcellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)Experience designing/implementing Portfolio Management and Governance frameworks (absolutely required)Commercial experience in strategic or transformational change, or product developmentDiverse problem solving experience, preferably with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across technology sectorsStrong program / project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressureExperience in Portfolio Governance and/or FinanceExperience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environmentMorgan is a global leader in financial services, providing strategic advice and products to the worlds most prominent corporations, governments, wealthy individuals and institutional investors.
