Contact Centre Team Leader
Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-office-based role Mon-Fri 8-5 involving leading a team.Main duties:To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings.To make occasional outbound calls as required.To support team development on calls and training.To upsell where possible.To assist with exceptional customer service.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):Experience in Team Lead/Supervisory roleExperience with Motor Trade (non-essential)Excellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsCompany BenefitsPension contributions24 days leave + bank holidaysExcellent development opportunitiesBonus pay - UncappedRealistic OTE 40kBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
