Key Responsibilities Managing a broad range of immigration matters, including visa applications, sponsorship matters, asylum claims, appeals, nationality applications, and judicial reviews. Advising clients on UK immigration legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements. Preparing, drafting, and submitting applications to the Home Office, Tribunals, and other relevant authorities. Representing clients at hearings, appeals, and court proceedings where required. Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances.
