Revit/BIM Technician£37,500 (starting salary)Redruth, CornwallPermanentThe role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Autodesk Revit and a sound understanding of BIM workflows. You will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Revit models and technical drawings in support of project delivery across various sectors. You will also:Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP projectsPrepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentationCoordinate Revit models with external consultants and internal project teamsEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and internal/Client BIM standardsSupport BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processesContribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and company standardsThe requirements

Proven experience as a Revit Technician in a UK-based architectural or engineering practiceStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodsAbility to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with an excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication and team collaboration abilitiesDesirable

Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other BIM softwareWhat you will receive
