Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum Location: Broughton, Chester - this will be 3 days in Chester onsite, 1 day in Nuneaton during initial joining period (travel expensed) and 1 day at homeAre you a passionate Employee Relations Advisor with a strong grasp of employment law and a drive to support managers through complex casework? We''re looking for a confident and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our client''s team, offering expert support across investigations, grievances, disciplinary action, absence and performance management.About the RoleAs an Employee Relations Advisor, you''ll act as a trusted partner to people managers, guiding them through a broad range of ER issues. You''ll proactively manage your caseload from start to finish, ensuring outcomes are fair, commercially sound, and legally compliant.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of ER matters in line with SLAs and best practiceProvide sound, legally compliant advice on ER cases including absence, conduct, grievance, and performanceMaintain up-to-date, GDPR-compliant case recordsEscalate complex or high-risk issues where appropriateCollaborate with HR, Trade Union, and Occupational Health teamsContribute to the development of ER-related policies, templates and trainingCoach and upskill managers to handle sensitive issues confidentlyAbout You:At least 2 years'' experience in an HR advisory or ER-focused roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and
