Telephone Sales Manager

Newark, Full Time, Permanent

Salary up to £35,000 per annum with an OTE of £40,000

THE ROLE

As an Telephone Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Hold regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Coach on sales techniques and call quality.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Set and monitor KPIs for calls, talk time, and appointments.
• Analyse sales data and report performance.
• Drive sales targets and personal charge of high-value opportunities.
• Monitor calls for quality and ensure compliance.
• Develop sales strategies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments for a consistent customer experience.
• Deliver training and identify development opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Telephone Sales Manager will have experience:

• Previous experience within a Tele sales environment essential
• Sound Microsoft office skills particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Flexible approach
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Initiative-taking and enthusiastic
• Excellent Team player
• Confident and assertive
