The School is looking for highly experienced and resiliant SEND teaching assistant working across both Key stage 3 and 4. The role will also involve working 1:1, working with students in small groups and supporting the class teacher within the classroom setting.

A successful SEND teaching assistant will have:

• Level 2 or above qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools or at least 1 years experience. 
• Experience working with SEND children with varying needs.
• Willing to work across key stages 
• A great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged.
• Exceptional classroom management skills.
