Deputy Manager - Children''s Residential Home (EBD) Location: Greenford, UB6 Salary: 40,000 - 45,000We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join a small Ofsted-registered children''s residential home supporting up to 3 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and confident leader with a background in children''s residential care who is passionate about making a real difference in young people''s lives.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the homeLead shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the serviceProvide high-quality care and support to young people with EBDPromote a safe, nurturing and stable environmentSupport care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding processesLead by example and mentor staff on best practiceEnsure compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policiesRequirements:Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support WorkerStrong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children''s residential care standardsExperience working with young people with EBDLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a teamNVQ Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) If you are a dedicated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
