They are also Criminal Litigation accredited, Family Law accredited and Mental Health accredited.What you ll be doing:The role will involveRunning a conveyancing caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions, new-build and shared ownership transactions, and lease extensionsManaging transactions from instruction to completionManaging an established conveyancing team, including a qualified fee earner and support staff Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the teamMaintaining strong relationships with clients and property professionals Developing introducer relationships and contributing to new businessWho we''re looking for:Suitable candidates will have:Fully qualified status - solicitor, CLC or CLE with around 10 years'' experienceA professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clients Good communication skillsThe ability to work well as part of a team and the ability to ..... full job details .....
