THE ROLE (Hybrid working with some travel): An exceptional opportunity for a real estate project management professional to join a UK facilities team in a senior role developing their UK facilities to meet the future needs of the business. You will use your experience of managing and developing mixed portfolios of facilities including operational, office and other sites across the UK to ensure the estates resources of the business meet it s current and future strategic needs whilst achieving key business objectives including business continuity, sustainability, decarbonization and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative ideas and strategic proposals and overseeing the delivery of key real estate and facilities change projects using structured project management methodologies. - Ensuring projects align with sustainability targets and net zero commitments and are delivered on time and within budget. - Lead the integration of sustainability initiatives into real estate strategy to align with industry standards and sustainability strategy. - Integrate energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, driving carbon reduction across the portfolio. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including planning teams within and outside the business to sure innovation, sustainability and best value. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
