The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies.As an Account manager you will Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment serviceCall and visit prospective clientsAttend client meetings to discuss new business and review current serviceSource outstanding candidates for our clientsManage an end-to-end recruitment processBusiness development The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: Have the energy and determination to succeedPrevious experience of salesA background in temporary recruitment (Industrial)Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidanceHave excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits up to £30,000 (DOE)24 days annual leave rising to 25 after 2 yearsExtra days leave on your
