Parking availableCustomer Service Assistant duties:Manage incoming queries via phone and emailTake ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levelsCarry out system administration and maintain accurate recordsSupport joining, moving and leaving processesEnsure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standardsInvestigate issues and maintain data accuracyContribute to service improvements and team performance targetsSkills and ExperienceExperience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sectorStrong communication skills both verbally and writtenConfidence with handling customer queriesHigh attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
