The Role As our Housing Services Manager, you''ll have operational responsibility across the full spectrum of housing management services: Rent collection, tenancy management and enforcement Estate management Anti-social behaviour management Resident engagement, consultation and communications Complaints handling Contract and void management Tenancy audits You''ll be part of our Management Team and will report to our Head of Operations taking the lead on operational matters to drive improved performance, value for money, resident satisfaction and achieving objectives.
