About the role

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across all business areas

Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams and market opportunities

Lead new business initiatives, from concept to delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions

Oversee commercial performance, analysing data to track success

About you

Proven experience in a senior commercial role within hospitaity or events

Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning

A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels
