You will have genuine ownership of credit standards, portfolio performance and the operational capability supporting the lending lifecycle. As Head of Credit, you will have the autonomy to shape policy, improve processes and build a scalable credit function. The role combines senior credit leadership with operational influence across underwriting, loan management and portfolio risk.
