The role will be varied covering continuous development of existing products / new designs from prototype to production items. Areas of reasonability to include development of current products and creating new designs for the industry. The candidate will have the ability to work on conceptual designs through prototype, testing, to pre-production samples and final component approval. My client work in a 3D environment using the latest software package to generate part, assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings. We also perform various analysis tasks such as FEA and MoldFlow. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years CAD experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office package. The Job Using Autodesk Invertor Product Design suite to develop new and updated designs of window shading products. Prototype and test new concepts Liaise with internal departments to create manufacturing and installation instructions. Create images/renders for catalogue and promotional literature.
