We are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our maintenance team for a high-profile social housing project across Northumberland. This is a fast-paced role focusing on high-quality repairs and refurbishments within both void and occupied properties.

Its a 3 month contract, Monday - Friday, 39 Hours per Week (CIS/Umbrella) Competitive PAYE options available

Key Responsibilities

• Full skimming of walls and ceilings.

• Patch plastering and bonding repairs following internal maintenance.

• Assisting with "making good" after plumbing or electrical upgrades.

• Ensuring a clean, tidy workspace and providing excellent customer service to residents.

• Experience: Proven experience in domestic or social housing plastering.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or time-served equivalent.

• CSCS Card: Blue or Gold preferred.

• DBS: Must hold a valid Standard DBS (or be willing to undergo one immediately).

• Tools/Transport: Full set of tools and a valid UK driving licence.
