You''ll be responsible for safe, professional driving, loading/unloading, and providing a reliable service to customers. Knowledge of the local area is essential. Key responsibilities Carry out van deliveries and collections across local routes Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Maintain a professional, helpful approach when dealing with customers Plan routes effectively and work to schedules Keep the vehicle tidy and report any issues promptly Complete basic delivery paperwork/records as required Attend and complete a driver awareness course (provided) Skills and experience Confident van driver with a clean driving licence (essential) Good geographical knowledge of the local area Physically able to load/unload as part of the role Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a 7:30am start Safety-conscious, with a calm and responsible approach Overtime Weekend and evening overtime available/required at times. Overtime rate paid.
