Working primarily in the Healthcare and Education sectors, they specialise in specialist safety door installation, working as both a main and subcontractor. With around 50 live fast-track projects at any one time and a growing client base, this is a fast-paced business but the client experience and quality of installation are paramount to the continued success of the business and prioritised above all else. As such, the project manager role is critical to the business and the main point of contact for site staff and end clients. This is a newly created position to work alongside the existing project management team of 6 within the wider business. Your new role As project manager, you will lead multiple fast-track installation projects within hospitals, schools and other sensitive commercial buildings. You will be responsible for all elements of delivery from planning through to handover, co-ordinating with end-clients, subcontractors, installation teams, sales and various other external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
