We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing service team. This is a key position responsible for coordinating engineers, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.You will act as the central link between customers, engineers, and internal teams keeping operations running efficiently while maintaining high service standards.Benefits:Salary up to 35,000Monday Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmLocation: Edmonton, EnfieldCompany laptop and mobile phoneFull training on internal systems and processesSupportive team environment with ongoing developmentKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule engineers for planned maintenance (PPM), reactive call-outs, and small worksProactively contact customers to arrange and confirm upcoming maintenance visitsManage work orders from initial booking through to completion and invoicingEnsure all service reports and job documentation are completed accuratelySupport quoting for minor works and follow up to secure approvalsSchedule installations and coordinate with internal teams for job readinessManage stock levels, order parts, and handle returns where requiredAct as the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer queriesProvide updates to clients on job progress, schedules, and quotationsExperience required:Previous experience in a service coordination / scheduling / admin roleStrong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environm
