About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate English Teacher to join our school. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a love of literature, language, and critical thinking, helping them achieve excellence in English across all key stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating English lessons across Key Stages [3–5 depending on school].

• Develop students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills through engaging classroom activities.

• Monitor, assess, and track student progress, ensuring high standards of achievement.

• Contribute to the development of curriculum, resources, and departmental initiatives.

• Participate in extracurricular activities, including reading clubs, debating, or school events.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject.

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching English.

• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
