An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join a specialist care provider supporting children and young people who face emotional and behavioural challenges.As a Registered Manager, you will be leading a dedicated children s home and ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding are always delivered.This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 and benefits.You will be responsible for:Overseeing the daily operations of a therapeutic residential children''s homeLeading, developing and supporting the care team to provide consistent, safe and high-quality careEnsuring that all practice within the home is compliant with regulatory frameworks including Ofsted and safeguarding requirementsCreating a trauma-informed and therapeutic environment for the young people in your careManaging the placement needs of children and maintaining appropriate occupancySupporting the emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing of young people transitioning from care towards independent livingWhat we are looking for:Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Children Home Manager, Care Manager, homecare manager, Home Manager or in a similar role.Have at least 5 years experience working in residential children s homesQCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare pathway) or equivalentLevel 3 Health and Social Care qualificationFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicleDBS enhanced clearance requiredWhat s on offer:Competitiv
