About the role The Programme Manager: Hairdressing and Hair, Media and Make-Up is responsible for the effective day-to-day leadership and delivery of our Hairdressing and Hair, Media and Make-Up curriculum programmes within Further Education (FE) at LCBT. The successful candidate will ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, strong student outcomes, and compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards. The postholder will work collaboratively with teaching staff, support services, and industry partners to deliver high-quality and industry-relevant education that supports learners'' progress, achievement, and destinations. This role focuses on operational excellence, curriculum management, learner experience, and supporting the delivery of key departmental performance indicators.
