The Role

As the Contract Manager, you''ll:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management services across six UK sites.
• Lead, develop and motivate a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders.
• Maintain contractual compliance, health and safety standards, and service quality.
• Monitor financial performance and identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Drive continuous improvement and support strategic planning across the portfolio.

About You

To be successful as the Contract Manager, you''ll have:

• Essential: Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar facilities management leadership role.
• Essential: Experience managing engineering or facilities management teams.
• Essential: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Essential: Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Essential: Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Essential: Strong organisational and time management abilities.
