About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Hartlepool, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team on a temp to perm basis

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing and production team on a temp-to-perm basis. Candidates must have previous experience within a manufacturing, production, factory, FMCG or machine operating environment, with exposure to operating machinery and working to production targets in a fast-paced setting.

Due to essential training that will be carried out on site, we are only able to offer these roles for candidates who can commit to working full time and are looking for a permanent job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantle, clean and reassemble production machinery to support changeovers, maintenance activities and hygiene requirements
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, using SAP daily to maintain accurate production data, batch records and operational documentation, supporting traceability, reporting and compliance requirements
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production schedules and established processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance
• Carry out detailed quality inspections, using a methodical approach to identify defects, discrepancies and non-conformances
• Perform first-line fault finding on machinery, resolving minor operational issues where possible and escalating more complex faults to the Engineering team

Pay Rates:

• -14.55 - -29.10ph
• Enhanced overtime payments including x1.5 and x2

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday
• 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm-6am
• Weekly rotations
• Full time only
