Starting September 2026, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through consistent, personalised intervention.The RoleThis is a highly rewarding position focused on unlocking communication, confidence, and independence. You ll work closely with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting their speech, language, and communication development within a nurturing school environment.Your responsibilities will include: Delivering individualised speech and language therapy sessionsSupporting communication, language processing, and social interaction skillsDeveloping and implementing tailored intervention plansMonitoring progress and adapting strategies to meet evolving needsCollaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure a joined-up approachSupporting the pupil s participation and confidence across the school day Who We re Looking ForYou re compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping children communicate and thrive.You will ideally: Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or working towards)Have experience supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) (experience wit
