This is a role where they are looking for someone who enjoys being proactive, detail-focused and getting things done.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO''s diary, meetings and daily scheduleOversee and organise the CEO''s email inbox, including drafting repliesArrange travel, bookings and itinerariesPrepare basic meeting agendas, documents and notes to ensure meetings run smoothlyMaintain and organise Microsoft 365 / OneDrive folders and filing systemsHandle personal administration, appointments and general organisationSupport with family-related matters, including managing post and ad hoc tasks Coordinate company hospitality, events and invitationsProvide administrative support to Directors as neededLiaise with external contacts such as advisors and suppliersTrack tasks and ensure follow-ups are completedRequirementsPrevious experience in a PA or EA roleStrong organisational and time-management skills with excellent diary management/inbox skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365, ..... full job details .....
