Supporting individuals with washing, dressing and personal hygiene. Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration. Supporting medication where trained and authorised. Providing companionship and emotional support. Encouraging independence and respecting individual choices. Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns. Maintaining accurate care records. Hours and Shift Patterns Full-time contracts of 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours available. Morning shifts: 7am 12pm. Lunchtime shifts: 12pm 2pm.
