Location: Richmond, London Project Value: 6M Project Type: High-End / Super Prime Residential Reporting to: Project Manager Contract: Freelance initially, with the opportunity to move onto PAYE upon completion Project Completion: June The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join a 6M high-end residential project in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity for a carpentry-trained or carpentry-background Working Foreman with strong experience delivering high-end or super-prime residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role on site, working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate trades, maintain programme and, most importantly, ensure the quality of workmanship and finishes are consistently to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on position and would suit someone who has progressed from a carpentry background into a supervisory/foreman capacity, rather than a purely managerial Site Manager. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of the site. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across the project. Maintain a strong presence on site and ensure trades are working efficiently and to programme. Provide hands-on support where required, particularly around carpentry, joinery and finishing works.
