A true multidisciplinary contractor design team working on a variety of building and civil engineering projects from £0.1m to £30m+. From education, retail, commercial, industrial, offices, medical and research facilities, to award-winning residential and passive housing developments. You will provide proactive advice and support to Group Construction Site Teams on general aspects of construction quality, quality planning, measurement and monitoring. Key Responsibilities Assist the site teams in the development of Project Quality Plans, monitoring and testing processes and procedures applicable to each project to ensure quality standards are met, and statutory requirements are achieved. Review works undertaken on site and provide reports identifying areas of: Non-conformance / compliance with quality standards, Employers Requirements, Statutory requirements Preventative actions required, and advise on what actions may be appropriate (for acceptance by the protect team).
